Who we are
Keystone Adjusting is a licensed public adjusting firm representing property owners in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. We have been handling property insurance claims since 2013, and we have recovered over $100 million for policyholders.
A public adjuster works for you, not for your insurance company. The adjuster the carrier sends to your property is paid by the carrier. We are paid by you, on contingency, out of the settlement we recover – so our only job is to get the claim documented correctly and paid in full.

What we handle
Fire and smoke, water damage, burst and frozen pipes, storm and wind, hail, roof leaks, flood, mold, fallen trees, vandalism and theft, sewer and sump backup, business interruption, and condo, HOA and landlord claims. We take new claims, mid-claim takeovers, and claims that were denied or underpaid.
How we get paid
Contingency only: a percentage of what we recover for you, paid when you get paid. No upfront cost, and no fee if there is no recovery.
