Pick your property’s state, fill in the highlighted fields, and e-sign. A PDF copy of your completed agreement is emailed to you automatically, and our office is notified the moment you finish.

Florida signings include the statutorily required Claim Process Disclosure Form in the same signing session – you sign both together.

New Jersey signings include the attorney-approved contract with the 3-business-day cancellation notice attached.

Pennsylvania signings use the Insurance Department approved contract form, including your notice of right to cancel.

What the Letter of Representation Does

Once you sign your state’s representation agreement, it authorizes Keystone Adjusting to act as your public adjuster. That means:

  • Your insurance company deals with us directly – you stop fielding the calls and letters.
  • We can legally inspect, document, and negotiate your claim on your behalf.
  • Your claim gets built in-house: adjuster meeting, full scope, damage report, and an estimate built for everything you’re owed.
  • You keep full control – every contract includes your state’s right-to-cancel window.
Policyholder Advocate Keystone works for property owners, not the insurance company.
No Upfront Fees You never pay out of pocket – our fee comes from the claim we recover for you.
A to Z Claim Handling From first inspection to final number, it’s our fight – adjuster meeting, full scope, damage report, and an estimate built for everything you’re owed.
Your Right to Cancel Every state’s contract builds in a right to cancel within days of signing – no cost, no obligation.
